Operational Asset Readiness Specialist

An Asset Readiness Specialist will play a pivotal role in upholding our core values of Safety, Teamwork, Accountability, Respect and Results.
- Build asset hierarchies for plants
- Conduct criticality assessments
- Review Safe Work Procedures and plant area processing manuals
- Asset Hierarchy Build: Develop and maintain accurate asset hierarchies for plants to ensure efficient management.
- Criticality Assessments: Conduct thorough criticality assessments to identify and prioritize asset maintenance needs.
- Safe Work Procedure Reviews: Review and update Safe Work Procedures and plant area processing manuals to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Monthly Site Project Update: Prepare and present monthly site project updates to stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Extensive experience in asset management at a senior level
- Strong working knowledge of asset management best practices
- Solutions-focused with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid computer literacy across the Microsoft Office Suite and within a CMMS
- Critical thinker with a keen analytical mindset
- Agile and proactive go-getter with a positive outlook
- Able to hold themselves and others accountable for their roles and responsibilities
