Job Title

A key role exists for a specialist in operational readiness, responsible for ensuring the efficient management and maintenance of assets.

About the Role

This position plays a pivotal part in upholding our company's core values of safety, teamwork, accountability, respect, and results. You will work closely with site teams to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement across asset management processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Asset hierarchy build and criticality assessments.
  • Safe Work Procedure and Plant area processing manual reviews.
  • Monthly site project update slide packs and presentations.
  • Project Engineering for the identification, verification check, procurement, and delivery of maintenance tooling and equipment.
  • Maintenance training development, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Site onboarding material development and rollout.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering, along with extensive experience in a similar role, or equivalent asset management experience at a senior level.
  • A strong working knowledge of asset management best practices.
  • Solutions-focused with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to foresee and plan for potential scenarios, mitigating associated risks.
  • Solid computer literacy across the Microsoft Office Suite, as well as within a CMMS.
  • A sound working knowledge of mine safety and inspection regulations.
