Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roving Operations Manager to join our team at Mantra Charles Hotel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing operational support across multiple hotels, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple hotels, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with hotel teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the guest experience.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor hotel performance and provide coaching and guidance to hotel staff.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hotel staff, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel operations, with a strong background in leadership and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hotel staff, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the guest experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of hotel operations software and systems, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
