Working as a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales calls and customer enquiries. You will also process sales orders, liaise with the warehouse personnel, and monitor stock availability. Additionally, you will follow up with transport companies for customer orders and process and send quotes.

This role is ideal for someone who possesses strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as great customer service and interpersonal skills. A team player with the ability to work collaboratively and autonomously is highly desirable.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree and full Australian working rights. If you meet these requirements and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, please consider this opportunity.
