The successful candidate will be responsible for the operations and profitability of the store and their team. They will drive innovation, maximize efficiency and productivity, while providing exceptional customer experiences and fostering a collaborative work environment.

About the Opportunity

Our core focus is to support independent optical professionals in building successful businesses. We have designed a program to help experienced Store Managers transition into business ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store and team.
  • Drove revenue growth and profitability.
  • Developed and implemented business strategies to achieve targets.
  • Fostered strong relationships with employees, suppliers, and customers.

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing.
  • A minimum of 2 years management experience.
  • Ability to influence, mentor, and motivate team members.
  • Ability to create a professional and friendly customer experience that encourages loyalty.
  • Innovative approach and passion for leading with an entrepreneurial mindset.
