Job Description

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires effective communication and relationship management skills. The Project Planning and Infrastructure Management Specialist will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide accurate program costs, resources, and progress reporting using project management software. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing project planning support for large infrastructure projects
  • Analysing project schedules and comparing cost/resource curves to actuals
  • Tracking float consumption and assessing change request impacts
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong practical knowledge and experience in project and contract management principles
  • Considerable experience in time, cost, and resource management aspects of public transport infrastructure projects
  • Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal
