Part-Time Contract Manager

This is a part-time, fixed-term contract position with the Procurement and Enterprise Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end contract management and supporting enterprise-wide objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement effective contract management processes and procedures to ensure compliance with best practices, regulatory obligations, and business needs.
- Provide day-to-day contract administration and commercial support to the Procurement, Commercial, and Project Delivery teams.
- Lead contract-related processes, including tracking deliverables against contracts, developing notices, and managing minor variations.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to effectively liaise on contract matters and achieve objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration, strong expertise in understanding contracts, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management.
Requirements:- Advanced skills in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivation and excellent organizational skills to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, forward-thinking mindset and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong leadership capabilities to manage key stakeholders effectively.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a wider team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and contributing to the success of Decarbonisation/Sustainability projects.
