Seeking a seasoned Payroll Specialist to oversee the payroll process in Melbourne CBD. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with end-to-end payroll processing and a strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing high-volume payroll processing, interpreting awards and enterprise bargaining agreements, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll reporting.

Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years of full-function payroll experience
  • Experience with ELMO & NZ Payroll processing is highly desirable
  • Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
Essential Skills:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of payroll tax and superannuation laws
  • Ability to manage leave, sickness, and overtime reports
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
