Nurse Recruitment and Staff Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Workforce Manager to coordinate the recruitment of nursing, midwifery and frontline clerical staff for our Nursing & Midwifery Divisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit and manage a team of nursing, midwifery and frontline clerical staff to ensure an appropriately skilled workforce.
- Develop and implement human resource practices to meet the needs of the organisation.
- Maintain accurate documentation and registration for casual and Agency staff.
- Registered Nurse and/or Registered Midwife with current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulatory Authority.
- Post graduate management qualification or extensive clinical and management experience.
- Effective verbal, written communication and computer literacy skills.
- Ability to work in an autonomous role.
- High level problem solving and interpersonal skills.
