Customer Success Specialist Role Overview

This key position plays a pivotal part in our customer onboarding and engagement process. We seek a highly motivated individual to warmly welcome and onboard new customers, foster meaningful relationships through nurturing conversations, and ensure seamless adoption of our platform.

About the Position

We offer a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where you'll be responsible for:

  • Comprehensive onboarding of our SMB clients through inbound/outbound calls, utilizing a checklist to guarantee their setup for success
  • Engagement & nurturing of customers via diverse campaign strategies
  • Strategic management, tracking, and measurement of tradies campaigns
  • Education of tradies on optimal practices for ROI enhancement
  • Provision of recommendations to ensure tradies are well-positioned

Key Qualifications

  • Experience in phone-based roles making inbound/outbound calls, preferably in sales environments
  • Solution-based selling experience is desired but not essential
  • Proven track record against sales or similar KPIs
  • Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
