Support Recruitment Assistant

This is a key role within the recruitment unit, providing administrative support and services to ensure efficient operations.
The successful candidate will have well-developed interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. They will also possess proven time management skills and be able to meet deadlines in a complex environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with stakeholders to gather and share information;
- Providing administrative support for recruitment processes;
- Managing deadlines and responding to changing priorities;
- Locating, interpreting, and communicating relevant policies, legislation, and awards;
Requirements:
- Well-developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills;
- Proven time management skills and ability to meet deadlines;
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Evidence of customer service and timely service delivery skills;
