Our business is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Casual Sales Assistants. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain valuable customer service experience or supplement their income during the busy summer period. We are seeking staff who can commit to a minimum of four to six weeks from early December until the end of January.The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work well in a team environment, and have a positive attitude towards customer service.As a Casual Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales and promotions.If you have previous retail or customer service experience, we would love to hear from you.However, if you are new to the industry, don't worry We provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.Key Responsibilities:• Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly, approachable, and helpful.• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and stocking merchandise.• Assist with sales and promotions, including setting up displays and visual merchandising.• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and promote a positive store image.Requirements:• Previous customer service or retail experience (an advantage but not essential).• Ability to commit to a minimum of four to six weeks from early December until the end of January.• Strong communication and teamwork skills.• Positive attitude towards customer service and a willingness to learn.What We Offer:• Competitive hourly rate ($14.43 per hour for 15-year-olds).• Opportunities for advancement and professional growth.• A fun and supportive work environment.• Comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
