This role will support our Chiefs in attaining business goals over a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide senior-level administrative support to the Executive Leadership team and General Managers.
- Format and proof complex documents for stakeholders and public information.
- Ensure effective administrative assistance to the wider teams.
- Coordinate diaries and scheduling of internal and external meetings.
- Report on purchasing against target budgets and monitor procurement compliance.
- Manage departmental document review and control.
- A skilled relationship builder with problem-solving expertise.
- Several years of experience in a Senior Business Administration or Executive Assistant role.
- Organized with strong attention to detail skills and able to manage changing priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office and experienced with financial software and InDesign.
