Business Development Associate

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Associate to support our Senior Account Managers in client management and high-volume insurance requirements.
About the Role- Assist Senior Account Managers with day-to-day client management, client renewals, pre-renewal preparation, endorsements, certificates, and cancellations.
- Manage high-volume, templated insurance requirements for franchise groups.
- Provide advice and support to small business owners on insurance-related matters.
- Act as a trusted consultant guiding clients through policy questions and renewal processes.
- Support new business and client retention activities.
- 1–2 years of experience in general insurance or a related field is preferred.
- Patient, empathetic, and people-focused with strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ambitious and coachable with a willingness to progress in the insurance industry.
- Familiarity with financial services and insurance products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
