Vintage Winemaker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vintage Winemaker to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Grading and allocation of fruit and wines
  • Fermentation management
  • Cellar operations coordination
  • Liaising with cellar staff to ensure smooth workflow

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Key Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Winemaking
  • Minimum of 3 years' winemaking experience in large-scale winery operations
  • Proven ability to manage and lead large teams
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and planning abilities, including proficiency with computer systems
  • Effective presentation and communication skills
  • Practical understanding of large winery operations
