Lead Veterinary Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate veterinarian to take on a leadership role in our regional clinics.

Job Description:

This is a rare opportunity to influence clinical standards, mentor emerging leaders, and drive meaningful change across our region. You will be part of a national team of veterinary professionals who share a deep commitment to the veterinary profession and its future.

  • Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to multiple clinics.
  • Collaborate closely with in-clinic teams to assess needs, support development, and build strong relationships.
  • Champion best practices and uphold the highest standards of veterinary care.
  • Design and deliver impactful training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Partner with operational leaders to drive performance and client satisfaction.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of veterinary professionals.
  • Stay ahead of advancements in veterinary medicine and integrate innovations into practice.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Veterinary Medicine and registration to practice in Queensland.
  • Memberships in an area of Small Animal Practice would be viewed favourably.
  • Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A passion for mentoring and empowering others.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence.
  • Flexibility to travel between clinics and support other regions as needed.
