Responsibilities
  • Supervise caseworkers serving SA communities in our region
  • Oversee Intake and Assessment Officers responding to urgent requests via our referral line or in-person presentations
  • Develop and maintain relationships for coordinated service delivery in SA
  • Collaborate closely with the NT/WA Team Leader
  • Contribute to broader management through the leadership team
Required Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of trauma-informed case management in domestic violence contexts
  • Familiarity with holistic and relational approaches to domestic violence service delivery, relevant for Aboriginal Australian cultural contexts
  • Experience working cross-culturally, with an understanding of cultural safety in human services
  • Ability to apply strengths-based management and leadership, bringing out the best in teams
  • Experience in group facilitation, such as case conferences and client groups
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in Social Work, Psychology, Community Development, or related fields
