Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team in Wollongong and Shellharbour. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, maximizing base sales and promotions, and ensuring optimal visual impact and shelf availability through merchandising techniques.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Visit customers on a planned cycle to support them in achieving the best outcomes while maximizing our sales and promotions.
  • Ensure maximum visual impact and optimum shelf availability through effective merchandising practices.
  • Implement and monitor promotional activities across our retailers, including major supermarkets, independent grocery stores, impulse and convenience stores.
  • Ensure point-of-buy materials placement and implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A self-starter with strong planning, organizational skills, and a high drive for results.
  • Experience in sales within the fast-moving consumer goods industry is an advantage.
  • Experience working in supermarkets is highly preferred.
  • Certified Coaching capability, as you will be working with merchandisers in the team.
  • Willingness to travel and hold a valid Australian driver's license.
