Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical and HVAC Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work autonomously, delivering timely outcomes across multiple locations.

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for completing preventative and reactive maintenance services, working without supervision to anticipate and resolve issues. They will also provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical and HVAC systems, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be required to participate in an on-call roster and respond to emergency situations in a timely manner.

  • Take full responsibility for delivery of repairs and maintenance services.
  • Respond to reactive Electrical and HVAC maintenance work in a timely manner.
  • Work without supervision, anticipating and resolving issues.
  • Be an effective communicator and develop strong partnerships with all key stakeholders.
  • Participate in an on-call roster.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning technician - essential
  • Cabling licence, CPR/LVR, Security provider licence – Preferred
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Previous commercial or retail experience, with a preference for multi-site management
  • Working with Children Check
