Nurses Pathways Program

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses to join our professional pathways program.
Program OverviewThis 3-week intensive training program is designed to support non-clinical nurses in their transition into a career in medical/surgical, oncology and haematology.
- Week 1: Training at Lake Macquarie Private Hospital, Monday to Friday.
- Week 2-3: In-house training at Lake Macquarie Private Hospital, Monday to Friday.
During this comprehensive training, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills, build your confidence, and work with a cohort of like-minded learners.
Key Requirements- A passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse.
- Medication endorsement (for Enrolled Nurses).
- Working with Children Check.
