Transform Your Nursing Career with Our Bridging Program

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for non-clinical nurses to transition into a rewarding career in medical/surgical or oncology and haematology. If you lack experience but have a passion for delivering exceptional healthcare, our bridging program is designed specifically for you.

The program offers a full-time, fully paid 3-week intensive training period, providing you with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in your new role. You will be supported by a team of experienced professionals who will guide you through the transition process.

What's Involved?
  • Week 1: 20th - 24th October (Monday to Friday) at Lake Macquarie Private Hospital
  • Week 2-3: 27th October - 7th November (Monday to Friday) - In-house training at Lake Macquarie Private Hospital

During this time, you will gain valuable knowledge and hands-on experience in a hospital setting. Upon completion, you will be well-equipped to take on permanent employment opportunities within our organisation.
