Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will provide administrative support to the General Manager and Account Managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing proposals, agreements, sales reports, and presentations. You will also assist in processing advertising bookings generated by the Sales team, as instructed by the Sales/General Manager.

About You
  • You have excellent communication skills and are able to work effectively with others.
  • You are self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work to deadlines.
  • You possess intermediate/advanced skills in MS Office.
