Operations Management Role

We seek a seasoned Operations Manager to lead key aspects of our business.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee finance, marketing, HR, payroll, business systems, proposals, office operations, and related tasks.
  • Support and direct processes to maintain efficient operations; you will contribute to various operational activities.
  • Direct report: part-time Accounts/Admin Assistant.
  • Collaborate with team members to balance structure with flexibility and ensure decisions reflect diverse viewpoints.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years in operations, office management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with Office 365, HR/payroll systems, and AI tools.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Able to balance structure with flexibility.
  • Bonus points for tertiary qualifications in business, HR, or similar.
