Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Genea, a leading IVF clinic in Australia. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Day Surgery, you will play a vital role in providing frontline care to our patients, supporting them throughout their fertility treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide patient face-to-face interviews and phone chats to support their fertility treatment
  • Collaborate with doctors and scientists to coordinate care and develop unique treatment plans for each patient
  • Provide instructions to patients for the self-administration of IVF drugs
  • Communicate results to patients over the phone and offer support as needed
  • Maintain accurate patient records, clinical data entry, and general administration duties associated with the role
  • Provide clinical support in Day Surgery, preparing for and assisting specialists with procedures

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA registration, strong clinical skills, and excellent people skills. You will have a genuine interest in specialising in fertility and be able to build rapport with our patients. Strong administration skills and technical competence are also essential, as you will be working with various IT systems.
