Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager - Governance, Quality Assurance and Controls to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and embedding frameworks that support accurate and timely regulatory reporting.

This is a hands-on opportunity to shape processes, drive transformation and collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Risk and Treasury to uplift reporting standards and controls.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of regulatory reporting, finance principles and data quality assurance, as well as experience applying governance and control frameworks in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and embed an enhanced operating model for regulatory reporting
  • Create and maintain policies and standards ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Support teams preparing external reports, including those required by APRA, by performing targeted quality assurance deep dives and leading initiatives to improve reporting accuracy, consistency and continuous improvement across the reporting lifecycle

  • Proactive and detail-oriented individual
  • Strong technical knowledge of regulatory reporting, finance principles and data quality assurance
  • Experience applying governance and control frameworks in complex environments
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities
  • A passion for continuous improvement and process simplification
