Facilities Technician

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Facilities Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and has experience in commercial building maintenance.

About the Role

The Facilities Technician will be responsible for performing 'hands-on' repairs, maintenance, and supporting service partners. The successful candidate will work closely with our facilities team to ensure our buildings are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
  • Responding to emergency repair situations and resolving issues promptly
  • Supporting service partners and ensuring that they meet their contractual obligations
  • Collaborating with the facilities team to plan and prioritize projects
Requirements
  • Experience in commercial building maintenance
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Open, clean driving license
