Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly inspect assigned areas to ensure facilities are functional and in good condition.
- Complete scheduled maintenance checklists for building and equipment upkeep.
- Repair fixtures, hardware, and appliances as needed.
- Report major maintenance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Adhere to established safety policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Previous maintenance experience is preferred.
- Able to follow safety procedures due to physical demands of the role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
This position may involve physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing. Appropriate uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be required.
Work Environment: This role requires regular attendance and adaptability to changing work schedules and environments.
