Home Care Worker Opportunities

Your role will focus on supporting elderly individuals to maintain their independence and connection to their community by providing domestic assistance and social services such as organizing outings, cooking, pet care, cleaning, gardening, and transportation.

We're committed to your ongoing personal and professional development, enabling you to excel in your role and find a suitable position within our organization. We offer regular work hours from Monday to Friday, with no weekends or nights, and a roster in advance to ensure your work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting elderly individuals to live independently
  • Domestic assistance and social services
  • Reviewing care plans to understand clients' goals and needs
  • Using an app to track important information and spot any hazards
