Seasonal Retail Consultant">

We are seeking a skilled Seasonal Retail Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work closely with our team to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a high level of product knowledge.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

This is a casual position working approximately 24 hours per week across various shifts, including late nights and weekends. The successful candidate will be flexible and available to work a range of hours, including some evenings and weekends.

As a Seasonal Retail Consultant, you will be an ambassador for our brand, representing our values and standards at all times. You will be expected to maintain a high level of product knowledge, stay up-to-date with new products and promotions, and provide expert advice to customers.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customer interactions are friendly, professional, and courteous.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide support during busy periods.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and promotions.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, and handle cash and credit card transactions securely.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment by adhering to store policies and procedures.
