We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.
About the Position:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A current active and clean RN License in Australia (or willingness to obtain one).
- An Associate degree in nursing required – commitment to obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date.
- A minimum of 1 year of acute care experience, preferably in a similar setting.
