About the Role

The Project Delivery Officer will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of council's civil infrastructure projects, including roads, drainage, footpaths, shared paths, carparks, road safety, and streetscapes. The council operates under a flexible hybrid working model.

Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering and Project Management
  • Experience in project and/or construction management
  • Previous experience successfully delivering Capital Works Projects to time, quality, and budget constraints in Local Government
  • A solid understanding of Local Government procedures, principles, and legislation
  • Ability to write and present reports to various stakeholders
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • A current driver's license
