Job Title: Technical Lead

We're seeking an experienced technical professional to drive the vision, architecture, and roadmap for our Accommodation team. This is a unique opportunity to lead large-scale system design initiatives, collaborate with multiple teams, and solve complex technical challenges.

About the Role:

The Technical Lead will serve as a thought leader, guiding technology choices and ensuring alignment with industry trends. They will lead cross-functional teams, foster a high-performing engineering culture, and champion engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the technical vision and architecture of the Accommodation team
  • Lead large-scale system design initiatives and ensure scalability, reliability, and security
  • Solve complex technical challenges and collaborate with multiple teams
  • Foster a high-performing engineering culture and champion engineering best practices

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with server-side programming languages (JavaScript/TypeScript preferred)
  • Expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing, and microservices architecture
  • Strong background in database design, scaling, and performance tuning (PostgreSQL preferred)
  • Deep knowledge of system security, DevOps, and automation
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
