The successful applicant will work alongside our on-site farm manager and possess qualities such as:

  • a willingness to work and care about their job
  • previous experience in the poultry industry (desirable)
  • own transport and licence
  • availability 7 days with flexibility
  • practical skills and mechanical knowledge
  • ability to work alone and in a team environment
  • physical fitness to stand for long periods
  • commitment to humane animal treatment
  • understanding of Bio Security principles
  • willingness to learn and communicate effectively
