Customer Success Specialist

As a strategic advisor to clients, you will help them innovate and optimize their contact center and customer experience through adoption of Connect capabilities.

  • You will lead cross-functional field teams in sales, solutions architecture, partner sales, product, and work at the CxO level with customers to maximize the value of their Connect investment.
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic client accounts, managing relationships and being a strategic advisor, driving enterprise-wide adoption of Connect.
  • You will deliver compelling presentations, product demos, sample solutions and programs, events, and discussions to enable client success.
  • You will build client skills and proficiency with Connect.

We are seeking an experienced Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) Customer Success Specialist for Amazon Connect with APJ experience. The role involves leading cross-functional field teams and working at the CxO level with customers to maximize the value of their Connect investment. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic client accounts, managing relationships and driving enterprise-wide adoption of Connect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Advisor: Act as a strategic advisor to clients, helping them innovate and optimize their contact center and customer experience through adoption of Connect capabilities.
  • Cross-Functional Team Lead: Lead cross-functional field teams in sales, solutions architecture, partner sales, product, and work at the CxO level with customers to maximize the value of their Connect investment.
  • Client Relationship Manager: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic client accounts, managing relationships and being a strategic advisor, driving enterprise-wide adoption of Connect.
  • Presentation and Demo Delivery: Deliver compelling presentations, product demos, sample solutions and programs, events, and discussions to enable client success.
  • Skill Building: Build client skills and proficiency with Connect.
