About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to join our team as a Client Support Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our diverse range of clients, from children to the elderly, helping them regain their lives and build a breadth of experience.

Our clients seek support through various schemes, including CTP, Life Insurance, Aged Care, and NDIS. As a Client Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, identifying priorities and goals to ensure effective use of available funds.

You will also have the chance to innovate and work creatively with clients outside of the workers' compensation scheme, enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
