Audit Services

Our Audit team provides high-quality audit and compliance services to a diverse group of clients across various industries. Our broad client base ensures our audit division is up-to-date with accounting standards, ASIC, ACNC, and ASX reporting requirements.

This role is for our North Queensland office, which requires you to be located in Townsville. We are open to relocation and those needing visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Partners and the management team to ensure client work is completed to a high standard
  • Execute audit engagements ensuring key deliverables are met
  • Direct client communication for planning and preparation of fieldwork and completion of financial statements
  • Invoice, billing, and work-in-progress analysis for a portfolio of clients
  • Supervise junior staff on larger engagements
  • Mentor junior staff in the audit team
  • Travel to and from clients around Australia as required
  • Participate in internal and external training sessions

Requirements:

  • Completed an accounting degree (BCom or BBus)
  • Minimum 3 years' audit experience
  • CA qualified or well advanced in completing the CA program
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to establish long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a larger engagement team
  • Sound knowledge of Australian Accounting and Auditing standards
  • Ability to control the audit process from planning through to completion

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is between $90,000 to $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
