Job Title: Relationship ManagerAbout the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Relationship Manager in Perth. As a key member of our SME portfolio, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse range of customers.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to drive growth, developing and implementing strategic plans to meet customer needs, and providing exceptional customer service to exceed expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of customer businesses and financial needs
  • Providing customers with tailored solutions that meet their evolving requirements
  • Building and maintaining strong internal and external networks to support deal design and execution
  • Advanced skills in structuring deals in conjunction with relevant product and specialist teams
  • Managing a portfolio of SME customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who can bring value to our customers and our business. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

You will also have a proven track record of success in relationship management, customer solutioning, business development, coaching, and portfolio management.
