As a leading Cloud Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and running national infrastructure. This role is part of a high-impact Cloud Ops team that powers publishing, broadcast, data, and digital products used by millions every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and scale Kubernetes infrastructure in production
  • Enhance reliability, observability, and operational tooling
  • Create secure delivery pipelines with Terraform, CDK, and CI/CD tooling
  • Drive cost efficiency and operational maturity across AWS and GCP
  • Collaborate with product, cyber, data, and AI teams on cross-functional initiatives
  • Advocate for shift-left security and infrastructure-as-code best practices

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in platform engineering or cloud infrastructure, with deep hands-on experience in AWS or GCP (compute, storage, networking, security). Proficiency in infrastructure as code (Terraform, Cloud Deployment Manager) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, TeamCity, GitLab CI) is also required.

Additional skills include containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and core networking protocols, as well as strong scripting ability (Python, Bash) and excellent troubleshooting skills. AWS or GCP certifications are highly desirable.
