About the Role:
  • Prepare expert reports and deliver expert testimony
  • Work with a team to identify and gather evidence for analysis
  • Manage dispute resolution processes, including mediation, expert determination, and preparing adjudication applications and responses
  • Interpret specifications, drawings, plans, construction methods, and procedures
  • Draft contractual correspondence and provide contract administration and commercial management advice
Requirements:
  • 15 years of experience in the construction industry, either working for a PQS firm, claims consultancy, or a competitor expert witness consultancy
  • 3++ years of experience in forensic analysis and the preparation of quantum reports
  • Strong writing skills and prior experience of drafting/writing expert reports for formal disputes
  • Excellent client-facing skills and a proven ability to foster client relationships
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
