About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Worker to join our team at Tradewind Australia. As a Residential Youth Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people who are vulnerable and in need of assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with young people, providing emotional and professional support in a residential setting.
  • Navigate complex challenges and provide guidance to help young people develop life skills and achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver trauma-informed care and support.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (or equivalent).
  • Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
  • Full Australian Drivers Licence.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with young people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
