
Front Office Representative

Create a positive patient experience from check-in to checkout by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth front office operations.
- Provide prompt greetings, answer incoming calls, gather information, and resolve callers' needs with empathy and efficiency.
- Guide patients through the registration process, verify insurance details, and collect payments accurately.
- Manage patient queuing processes to minimize waiting times and ensure an efficient visit for all patients and their families.
- Collect feedback from patients to continuously improve services.
- Record charges and payments accurately, support patient billing, and prepare daily deposit and reconciliation logs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
- Ability to remain calm and supportive in busy or stressful situations is critical.
- Two years of experience in a medical front office or customer service setting is preferred.
- BLS certification is required.
