O'Brien Glass Industries Limited is seeking a dedicated and passionate WHS Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Health, Safety and Wellbeing team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with regional and front-line leaders to provide comprehensive advice on WHS risks and controls
  • Support with the delivery of key WHS projects and initiatives
  • Drive improvement through strong collaboration with stakeholders
  • Promote and support the development of a proactive safety culture
  • Ensure that the business meets all WHS legislative requirements
  • Support independent trade-based businesses on core WHS requirements
  • Mult-site NSW remit (metro and regional)
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications (Certificate IV of WHS minimum)
  • 3+ years' experience in a designated WHS role
  • Strong understanding of relevant state and federal WHS legislation
  • Demonstrated experience in injury management, including Worker's Compensation and Claims Management
  • Current and valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
