Job Responsibilities
As a Product Owner - Website Optimisation, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing a deep understanding of customer needs to ensure customer-centric delivery.
- Driving digital targets and enhancing website conversion rates.
- Analysing the full customer journey using data and research to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Prioritizing, scoping, and scheduling digital projects and features effectively.
- Collaborating with Product, Compliance, and Legal teams to maintain up-to-date digital content and manage risks appropriately.
