We're looking for skilled and experienced professionals to join our team as Community Care Workers in the Victor Harbour area.

As a Community Care Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients (we call them Members) to live vibrant lives in their own homes. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary care team to provide holistic home care services that meet the unique needs of each Member.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care services such as showering, dressing, medication assistance, and manual handling">
  • Assisting with domestic tasks like cleaning, cooking, laundry, shopping, and light gardening">
  • Offering companionship and social support through friendships, interests, and activities">
  • Providing transportation and community access services to help Members attend appointments, shops, and outings">
  • Managing home administration tasks such as booking appointments, organizing events, and supporting with technology">

As a Community Care Worker, you'll be an important part of our team and will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our Members.
