Job Title: Training and Assessment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Manager to lead our training and assessment services. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in curriculum design, instructional best practices, and leadership.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver high-quality training sessions that meet the needs of learners.
  • Develop and implement effective assessment strategies to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  • Contribute to curriculum development, teaching methods, and learner assessment procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on educational and administrative issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement change initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date learner records and operational data.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
  • Participate in professional development activities to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Masters or doctoral degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or related field.
  • Proven experience in academic management or leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum design, assessment, and instructional best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Able to think strategically and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proficient in educational technology and learning management systems.
