About this role:

We are seeking a motivated facilities management professional to join our team. This exciting opportunity will see you working on-site with one of our highly respected clients, maintaining a mix of owned properties and leased premises within QLD.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in facilities management, with exceptional client service and interpersonal skills. You will be able to take direction and tackle a variety of complex issues within tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities include managing site budgets, accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, contract services, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, occupancy services and helpdesk.

  • Effective communication with all team members, JLL leasing and support services
  • Build and maintain a fantastic partnership with the client
  • Proactively engaging with stakeholders to ensure client expectations are met
  • Ensure vendors are well-managed delivering services on time and within budget
  • Actively ensure the sites financial operations are meeting and exceeding targets
  • Recommending continuous quality improvement practices
  • Ensuring everyone stays safe following health & safety guidelines and ensuring the operational risk program is implemented and maintained
