Job Summary

The role of a Site Supervisor is pivotal in the construction industry, requiring exceptional leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate internal building teams to achieve project milestones and deliver high-quality results.
  • Conduct daily toolbox meetings to discuss safety protocols, site plans, and progress updates.
  • Monitor project progress, control costs, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations on-site, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • A valid White Card and QBCC Site Supervisor License are essential for this position.
