Global Marketing Operations Leader

This role plays a crucial part in helping the company achieve its mission of inspiring creativity and bringing joy.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop an annual global business marketing strategy, integrating clearly with broader business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Drive strategic planning and resource allocation to optimise GBM activities, aligning with fast-changing business needs.
  • Lead the organisation and development of methodologies and best practices for GBM activity, from initial planning phases through to execution and reporting.
  • Review and evolve organisational ways-of-working and structures to deliver short and long-term business goals, while driving operational efficiency.

Partner with the Head of Global Business Marketing to lead the holistic operations of Global Business Marketing, collaborating with cross-functional partners from various teams.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing and/or Strategy.
  • Proven leadership experience directing multiple teams and departments.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills for collaboration at all levels.
