The Business Marketing team is composed of highly skilled marketing generalists who partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans.

We're seeking a seasoned Business Marketing Strategist to define and deliver our B2B marketing strategy in Australia. You will collaborate closely with global leadership, local sales leadership, and cross-functional partners to lead marketing efforts that support revenue goals and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and own key initiatives that drive advertiser perceptions and behaviors.
  • Partner with local and global teams to ensure that global programs resonate locally and meet local sales and marketing needs.
  • Measure the impact of marketing initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and establish learning agendas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, measurement, and the wider global marketing team.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in integrated B2B marketing and/or digital marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with global stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills to effectively balance multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. Passion for digital marketing and a desire to grow and develop within the field.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their advertising capabilities, with a specific focus on Pinterest.
  • Sound analytical skills, with the ability to learn how to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent work experience.
