**Job Title:** Casual Optical Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Casual Optical Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong passion for creating amazing customer experiences.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their eyewear needs, providing expert advice on frame styling and eyecare, and working closely with the optometrists to ensure seamless delivery of excellent customer outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, have a strong ability to work independently, and be able to effectively manage your time and prioritize tasks. Previous customer service experience is highly desirable, as is previous optical experience or a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with their eyewear needs

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience (highly desirable)
  • Previous optical experience (highly desirable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
